Laboratory and pilot test In order to make a meaningful result, we offer our pilot plants for test runs with the desired media. To get a first orientation if a medium is filterable and how is the filtration performance. We perform this filtration experiments in our laboratory. We know that already minor differences in the composition of the medium leads to significant changes in the filtration performance. Therefore, this step is crucial for the further procedure. We enable our customers long-term tests on site. For this we rent our pilot plants to the customer to check that the permanent filtration performance. Our services includes: • Common basic evaluation based on your process requirements (Basic Engineering) • Collection of baseline data concerning technology, throughput and request • Cost estimate for Scale Up with high accuracy • merging the data in the form of feasibility studies (Feasibility Studies) • Detailed plant design (detail engineering) • Basic concept with P&I flowchart • Specification of the main modules • Discussion of possible process alternatives or variants • Budget determination on the basis of P&I flow diagrams • determining the costs and quotations
